What We Do
We offer the installation of several types of water softener systems. We can also service and repair any of the following water softeners! Below, we’ll discuss these varying systems and how they can benefit you!
Tankless Water Softeners
There are two main types of water softener systems, salt-based softening systems, and saltless softeners. The salt-based systems require large tanks. If you want a smaller system that takes up less room, our team can install a tankless water softener!
Hard Water Solutions
Hard water is merely water with a high concentration of minerals, such as calcium and magnesium. This concentration can lead to unsightly stains on dishes and tubs and even lead to a higher water bill. Our company specializes in a variety of systems to solve your hard water problems!
Potassium Water Softener
Potassium water softeners work much the same as salt-based water softener systems. The main difference between the two is that your softened water will contain potassium instead of sodium when it reaches your taps.
Ion Exchange Water Softeners
Ion exchange water softening works by having the positively charged calcium and magnesium pass over negatively charged resin beads. As a result, the magnesium and calcium bond with the resin, and your water passes through, leaving these minerals behind.
Water Softener Replacement
In the event that your water softener fails and isn’t viable for repairs, our team can help! We can walk you through the most affordable replacement options and perform the replacement so you can get back to having cleaner water as soon as possible!
Saltless Water Softeners
Saltfree water softeners work in a much different way than traditional systems. Rather than removing the minerals from your water, they’re altered on a chemical level that prevents them from clinging to surfaces and building up scale on your surfaces.

The Benefits of Water Softeners
There are many practical benefits to using a water softener in your home or business. Below, we have listed some of the most notable benefits of using a water softener system.
Healthier, Softer Skin
The minerals in hard water are known to dry out skin. By softening your water, you’ll notice that your skin will improve in a short time!
Stronger, Healthier Hair
Just like your skin, the minerals in hard water can dry out your hair too. These minerals can even make your hair look damaged. Water softening can take care of this problem shortly.
Cleaner Clothes
Hard water dries out fabrics as well and leaves mineral buildup in the fibers. This makes your clothes appear dull and feel almost brittle. Water softeners will leave your materials looking and feeling cleaner in no time.
Removes Unwanted Tastes
Hard water can leave an earthy taste to your water that may be less than desirable. With a water softener, you’ll taste more of the water and less of the minerals.
Easier on Your Pipes
Hard water leaves a scale buildup in your pipes that can lead to clogs. Softer water will prevent this, allowing your pipes to function at full capacity.
Save Money
As hard water leaves scale buildup in your pipes, it does the water heater too. This makes your water heater work double-time to function. Softening your water will help your heater use less energy, thus saving money on your energy bill.
Easier on Equipment
If you’re running a commercial facility with equipment that uses water, hard water can build scale in this too. Softening your water will help your machines and equipment last longer and function better.
Cleaner Dishes
Whether it’s at home or your restaurant, hard water will leave water stains on your dishes and silverware. With a water softener, your water will be cleaner, allowing you to get your dishes cleaner too!

Water Softener Las Vegas NV
With all the info on the various water softener systems we provide and the benefits of using a water softener, you may be wondering, “How do water softeners work?” Water softeners work through a four-part system that begins with the mineral tank and ends at your faucets. Most water softeners work through a process called “ion exchange.” This is when the positively charged calcium and magnesium molecules pass over the negatively charged resin molecules, they form a bond. This ionic bond holds the magnesium and calcium molecules back as the water continues through the rest of the system. The end result is water free of these excessive chemicals, making your water cleaner, and preventing the buildup of scale in your home or business.
The Mineral Tank
The mineral tank is the chamber where your hard water is actually softened. The water soaks into the resin beads’ bed, where the positively-charged magnesium and calcium molecules bond with the negatively-charged resin molecules. The water then exits the tank soft and flows into your pipes.
The Control Valve
The control valve contains a meter that tracks the water entering the mineral tank. As hard water flows into the tank, the resin beads will lose their charge. The control valve automatically starts a regeneration cycle from the brine tank to prevent this from happening after a set amount of water has passed through the mineral tank based on your home or business size.
The Brine Tank
The brine tank helps with the water softening system through the regeneration of the resin beads’ charge. This tank contains a highly-concentrated solution of salt or potassium that will restore the resin’s positive charge. When the control valve initiates regeneration, the brine solution is flushed through the resin tank to restore the charge.
Your Faucet
After the hard water has made its way through the mineral tank and left behind its magnesium and calcium molecules, it is released into your plumbing. From there, it makes its way through to your taps without leaving behind any scale in your pipes!

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have questions about water softeners or our services? Below, we’ve listed some of the most common questions that we hear from our customers.
How much sodium, or potassium, is added to the water from the softener?
This is mainly dependant on the hardness of the water entering your home or business. The harder your water is, the more salt is needed to soften it. When more salt is required to soften the water, more sodium makes its way into your water. According to a Waterloo study, with remarkably hard water, after softening, the water contained 300 parts per million (mg/l) of sodium. If you’re on a low-sodium diet, you should consult with your doctor before drinking softened water on an everyday basis, especially if your water is significantly hard.
Will my water bill increase if I use a water softener?
Water softeners are connected with increased water consumption and, as a result, somewhat higher water bills. The average water softener needs roughly 14 to 100 gallons of fresh water whenever it regenerates the resin bed, depending on your home or business size. These costs can be offset by reducing wear and tear from hard water on your pipes, appliances, and water fixtures. Ensure that the system you’re using is set to meet your specific business or family’s size and needs to also minimize your water bill.
How do I maintain my water softener?
Most water softener systems require little care to keep them running correctly and efficiently. Your resin tank and brine tank need to be cleaned at least once a year to keep them running at optimal performance. If you’re not comfortable with cleaning your water softener, or simply don’t have the time, we can help! Our company offers professional water softener cleaning services at an affordable rate to our customers in the Las Vegas Valley.
Are water softeners noisy?
In general, water softeners produce very little noise. The process is not extremely quick, so you shouldn’t hear the sound of rushing water when your system is in use. You may hear some noise from your water softener when the brine solution is flushed through the mineral tank during the regeneration. However, other than regeneration, you shouldn’t hear any noticeable sounds from your system.
